The Library Endowment Fund was established by the Board of Directors to provide additional funds to the Library District on an annual basis above and beyond money it receives from taxes.

The Endowment is a perpetual fund because the principal is invested and the interest earned is available for the library to use year after year.

The Endowment  provides a stable source of funding for the Library District especially during ups and downs of the economy.

Gifts to the Library Endowment Fund can be in the form of cash, property, securities, trusts, 
gift annuities, wills & bequests, insurance policies, and in-kind gifts.
   

 
A gift of $2,000 or more to the Endowment Fund entitles the donor to a leaf on Katherine's Tree.
